We have a streamlined system that has allowed BSS to serve our Gallatin Valley communities well for almost two decades.  We want to take a moment and review the elements of your proposal so that you can better understand the layout of services and the particular service designations contained in a proposal.  We want to head off any confusion and provide you with an easy to understand roadmap to the effective maintenance of your property.

Below is a sample proposal with descriptions of the various service designations in a typical service proposal.  Please review this so you can better understand how these are laid out, performed and ultimately invoiced.  Click on the image below . . .

Highlights:

  • There are three possible service designations within each proposal and they are as follows:
    • Fixed Payment – services that are performed as a part of a set monthly maintenance fee
    • Per Service – services that are performed as described and are billed separately as they are completed
    • Time and Materials (T&M) – services that are performed as described and are flexible in cost due to outside variables (ie. a Fall Cleanup service may require more time this year then last due to high winds and the collection of leaves on a property, etc)

 

  • Per and T&M Services are billed in addition to Fixed (Monthly) payments following the delivery of the service on the current monthly invoice.

 

  • All Fixed (Monthly) billed services will be performed as described.  Per and T&M services will be performed as described unless they are designated ‘As Requested.’  ‘As Requested’ services will only be performed following a specific request for the service by an agent of the property.
